The room was well-arranged and made excellent use of space. The attention to detail in the room was excellent, and everything seemed to work perfectly. The bathroom amenities were great, with good water pressure and a perfect arrangement. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the air conditioning was reliable, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The hotel also offers a complimentary airport shuttle, a convenient perk. The breakfast spread was delicious, with an omelet station, fresh fruit, sausage, and more. The restaurant, with its fine views, also offered affordable drinks in the evenings. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of the Arcadia Mall, where you can find an ATM, grocery store, and various dining options. I also appreciated the proximity to Mulago Hospital, which I had to visit regularly. I had a great stay at this modern hotel and would recommend it to others. I recommend this hotel.

Peaceful ideal central hotel with perfectly clean and fashionable rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron with ironing board, a work desk and a couch bed.

Location : the hotel was close enough to Acacia Mall where there is a number of restaurants and good shops and grocery store and a shopping centre and many good restaurants. Popped in Sky Lounge Ltd for shots before sleep, it was within easy walking distance of the venue.

During my recent stay at Arcadia Suites, I was impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The suite-style layout, complete with a separate lounge and kitchen area,. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooftop terrace restaurant provided a good dining experience, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. The location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near Acacia Mall and other key areas of Kampala. The hotel offered a good standard of accommodation at a reasonable price, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The only minor drawbacks I experienced were the patchy free internet and the lack of a power outlet near the bed. these issues were overshadowed by the overall positive experience at Arcadia Suites.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with great complementary deals! A prime location close to the city center and tourist attractions was a huge plus. the staff was eager to assist and made check-in a breeze. the spacious, clean room was beautifully furnished and provided a comfortable stay.

There were some broken fixtures in the room, and the Wi-Fi was occasionally sluggish.
